1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility

3. Account Registration

3.4 Account Currency

All fbi77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbi77 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at fbi77's discretion. All transactions are processed in BDT ৳.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on fbi77 is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, however individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players may set personal deposit limits via their account settings or by contacting fbi77 support as part of fbi77's responsible gaming programme.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. fbi77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where identity verification is pending. fbi77 does not charge fees on withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Own-Account Requirement

All deposits must originate from a payment account — bKash wallet, bank account, or card — registered in your own name. fbi77 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party source is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the funds returned to their source. fbi77 accepts no liability for fees or delays arising from such reversals.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

fbi77 applies anti-money laundering checks on all significant transactions. Deposits and withdrawals that trigger enhanced due-diligence thresholds may be delayed pending satisfactory documentation. By using fbi77 you consent to these checks and agree to cooperate fully with any request for supporting information.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by fbi77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be used within the validity period stated in each promotion. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire automatically at the end of the validity period without compensation. fbi77 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

fbi77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account where it determines in good faith that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while clearing a wagering requirement, and colluding with other players to abuse promotions.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

fbi77 may offer promotions tied to specific events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL cricket season, IPL, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available for the stated promotional period only.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each casino game and sportsbook market offered on fbi77 is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing a bet or wager.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet or wager is confirmed only once fbi77's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed in error — including accidental double-clicks or incorrect stake entries — remain the player's responsibility once confirmed. fbi77 customer support cannot void confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable system error attributable to fbi77.

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, or declared void by the governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' fbi77 accounts. fbi77 follows the rulings of the relevant sporting authority in all such cases.

6.4 Maximum Payout

fbi77 applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap across all game types and betting markets. Where a win exceeds the applicable payout cap, the excess is forfeited without compensation. The applicable cap is displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

6.5 System Errors

In the event of a manifest error, malfunction, or system fault that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations being displayed or applied, fbi77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. fbi77 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's reliance on manifestly erroneous information.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fbi77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, casino employees, game providers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's fbi77 account without authorisation.
• Impersonating fbi77 staff or representatives in any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or proprietary logic of any fbi77 game or system component.

fbi77 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fbi77 platform — including but not limited to the fbi77 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software code, text content, marketing materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of fbi77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fbi77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any fbi77 content without prior written consent from fbi77.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbi77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the fbi77 platform, including without limitation losses arising from: interruption of service, delays in payment processing, data loss, game malfunction, or reliance on any information displayed on the platform.

fbi77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform — regardless of the nature of the claim — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to fbi77 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes fbi77's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by fbi77

fbi77 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, have engaged in prohibited conduct, have provided false information, or if fbi77 is required to do so to comply with any applicable legal obligation.

11.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for cause, fbi77 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. fbi77 will communicate the outcome of any balance review to you at the email address registered on your account.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your fbi77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, fbi77 will process any pending legitimate withdrawals and close the account within a reasonable administrative timeframe. 12. Amendments to These Terms
